Dates : 20-01-2022 to 30-01-2022 Parents who wish to apply for the admission of their ward will have to 1. REGISTER FIRST their name in the Online Registration Link in our website i.e. www.clunymalleswaram.org After successful registration 2. Use your registered username and password to login into our portal for filling the Registration Form. 3. Read the instructions carefully before filling the form. 4. DO NOT Fill in more than one form for one applicant. 5. Use Tab or Mouse control to fill in the form. Do not press the Enter Key. 6. Fill in each entry accurately, edit before submit. 7. After successful registration, the Registration Form will be sent to your registered E-mail ID. 8. Registration fee of Rs.100/- will be collected in cash at school along with the Registration Form on the interaction date. 9. Form can also be downloaded from your registered login account 10. Interaction Date will be announced in separate Email. 11 School does not take any responsibility if you have given a wrong Email ID. |
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED ON THE
DAY OF INTERACTION:
1. The filled Registration Form with recent photograph.
2. Photocopy of Birth Certificate.
3. For Address proof – attach ANY ONE of the following:
Photocopy of Aadhaar Card / Passport/ Voter Card/ Electricity Bill.
4. Christians - Baptism Certificate attested by the Parish Priest.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Submitting of application forms online does not give any confirmation about the child getting admission in the School.
• Management will verify the application details with number of seats available & other criteria’s.
• No Recommendations or influence would be entertained.
• Kindly do not disturb the school office with telephone / queries regarding the same.
• Interaction date will be sent to you in your registered E-mail ID.
List of selected candidates will be displayed on the notice board at 3.00 pm on March 21st 2022.
